Very nice room decor (in our case deluxe), not like everywhere else "cookie-cutter". The front desk staff were very friendly. Very good breakfasts, maybe not an extremely large selection, but everything is of good quality and very diverse in taste. The hotel is open to the customer's "wishes," which is also very, very nice. The last star is for the great location, in the city center. If we have the chance, we will definitely come back.
